Who is Amy?

I love math and am very passionate about learning. I strongly belief every student deserves a chance. I did my BSc in Mathematics and then a MPhil in Educational Research at University of Cambridge. Outside work I like to do my own art and paintings.

What do you do at Magma?

I lead the team working on Teacher platform. This involves talking to a lot of users, planning what to build to and follow up if new features gave the wanted outcome when it comes to teachers satisfaction, student engagement and earning outcomes.

What's the most rewarding part of your work?

When we get positive feedback from teachers is really encouraging, especially around helping them reach their full potential.
