The Role: We are looking for driven SDRs to join our team in New York City! As an SDR at Magma Math, your goal is to set qualified meetings for AEs through a mix of cold calling, and emailing.

Location: On-site in New York City

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers for Magma Math, generate new leads, and set meetings for the sales team through a mix of cold calls, and emails
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to position our product effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in Hubspot
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings set

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of SDR or lead generation experience in B2B
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • A strong interest in the education sector and a desire to make a positive impact through technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wide team

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Hubspot, ZoomInfo, or other GTM sales tools
  • Prior experience in education technology or a similar industry
